When you get in touch
Your contact details are used to answer you and arrange our conversations. They are never used for marketing.
The message form requests your name, email and message. A call or appointment request collects your name, email, phone number and the details needed to arrange the conversation. Required fields allow us to process your request; without this information, we cannot follow it up. Avoid including confidential information that is not needed for your enquiry.
When an appointment is confirmed, your contact details are saved in Julien Woltz’s business Outlook calendar to prepare the call. An invitation is sent to the email address you provided. This information is used only to arrange and follow up the appointment.
- Controller and contact point
- Julien Woltz · Sole trader · julien.woltz@seicho.fr
- Basis for processing
- Quote requests and conversations preparing a service are based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Replying to other messages and keeping a limited record of our conversations are based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
- Access to messages
- Julien Woltz receives your enquiries. OVH provides hosting for the website server and Microsoft 365 provides business email and appointments. These providers process the data needed to supply these services.
- Retention
- An enquiry that does not lead to a service is kept for no more than 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. This period covers messages, Outlook events, invitation copies and exports retained by Seicho. If a service is agreed, only the information needed for the project and records subject to a legal obligation or needed to defend legal rights are retained for the applicable periods. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years.
- Booking records
- Identifiers and a protected fingerprint of the contact details allow us to find a booking attempt and prevent duplicates. These pseudonymised records remain on the server, with no name, email or phone number in plain text. They expire seven days after the scheduled end of the appointment and are deleted when the service is next called.
